From Rockland County via Route 303 South
After crossing the Tappan Zee Bridge, take the exit for Route 303 South. Follow Route 303 South across the NJ border where 303 becomes Livingston Street/Route 505 South. Proceed for approximately 3 ½ miles through 4 traffic lights. Make a right onto High Street which becomes Old Hook Road at the 5th traffic light. Continue approximately 2 miles through 3 more traffic lights. You will see the Hackensack University Medical Center (formerly Pascack Valley Hospital) on the right. Make a left onto Charles Street. Make your next left onto Bergenline Avenue.

From Rockland County via Route 304 South
Take Route 304 South to NJ where 304 becomes Kinderkamack Road/Route 503 South. Continue for approximately 5 miles through 6 traffic lights. At the 7th traffic light, make a left onto Old Hook Road. At the Hackensack University Medical Center (formerly Pascack Valley Hospital) light, make a right onto Charles Street. Make your next left onto Bergenline Avenue.

From NJ Turnpike
Take the Turnpike to Route 80 West. Follow Route 80 West to the Garden State Parkway North. Get off the parkway at Exit 168. Follow directions for Garden State Parkway North.

From the Garden State Parkway South
Take exit 166 at the Hillsdale Toll Plaza. Follow u-turn signs to Garden State Parkway North. Go through the toll again & follow directions for the Garden State Parkway North.

From the Garden State Parkway North
Take exit 168. Turn right onto Washington Ave. Proceed through 3 traffic lights & make a right at the 4th light onto Broadway. Broadway becomes Old Hook Road. Continue to the 4th traffic light & at the Hackensack University Medical Center (formerly Pascack Valley Hospital) entrance light, make a right onto Charles Street. The next left is Bergenline Avenue.

From Mahwah-Suffern, NY Area
Take Route 17 South to Hollywood Avenue. Make a right at the stop sign. Cross over Route 17 & proceed about 3 ½ miles. Turn right onto East Saddle River Road/Route 502 East. E. Saddle River Rd. becomes Wartimes Road & then Washington Avenue. At the 5th light, turn right onto Broadway which will become Old Hook Road. At the Hackensack University Medical Center (formerly Pascack Valley Hospital) entrance light, make a right onto Charles Street. Make your next left onto Bergenline Avenue.

From the George Washington Bridge via Palisades Interstate Parkway
Cross the George Washington Bridge. Take Palisades Interstate Parkway North to Exit 2. Get off the exit; make a left at the light onto 9 West heading south. Go approximately 3/10th of a mile to the first light. Make a right onto Closter Dock Road (CR 502). Take 502 for about 5 miles until you reach Westwood. In front of the Hackensack University Medical Center (formerly Pascack Valley Hospital), make a left at the light onto Charles Street. Make first left onto Bergenline Avenue. HHI is the fourth building on the right.

From Route 4 East
Take Route 4 East to Forest Avenue. Follow signs to Westwood. At 5th traffic light, make a right onto Oradell Avenue. At the 2nd traffic light, make a left onto Kinderkamack Road. At the 5th traffic light, make a right onto Old Hook Road. At the Hackensack University Medical Center (formerly Pascack Valley Hospital) entrance light, make a right onto Charles Street. Make your next left onto Bergenline Avenue.
